| What if I do not want to pay by credit card? | We accept money orders and checks. Place your order and then select Money Order or check for the payment options. Print you CONFIRMED invoice and mail it in.

| What are sizes on rubber stamps? | | Our rubber stamps are mostly made of wooden blocks and top quality rubber. If you need the exact size of the stamp we can email you. Be sure to specify the stamp code number and breed. We are trying to added the size to each stamp in the description area but this will take a great deal of time. |
| Why different prices on rubber stamps? | | Rubber stamps are priced according to size and details. A $4.00 stamp will be smaller and less detailed then a $7.00 stamp.. |
| The animal/breed I am looking for is not on your webpage? | | Email us for a specific animal/breed and we will try to add it to our website within three business days. We try to carry something in every possible animal. |
| How can I order business cards or letterheads? | If you have a simple card in mind, you can email us the basic information. If you want a more breed specific card, email your snail mailing address for samples. We always email proofs, at no extra cost, for your approval before we print. Delivery time is about 2 weeks after your final approval.

| How long will it take for me to receive my package? | | Depends on what you order.. We try to keep everything in stock. We try not to exceed over two weeks for delivery on any product. However, custom orders, business cards, items made from photographs, and some of the other figurines are hand painted when ordered. And there are a few items that come from over seas (window decals, posters). |
